A resilient and analytical Senior Financial Executive, I embrace change with a highly-organized understanding of the various levers that drive profitable business models. Over 20 years of navigating critical challenges with both startup and global market leaders, I have been entrusted with central decision-making roles, providing C-level advisory expertise and technical knowledge in developing rhythm of the business metrics and optimizing business performance. My leadership includes ownership of large-scale budgets, program governance, development of product roadmaps, enterprise planning, and due diligence for IPOs and M&A transactions. My strength is providing strategic planning/analysis of outcomes and pinpointing the course corrections needed to improve them. I achieve this through developing detailed forecasts, models, financial plans and actions cross-functionally to support change. Currently, I am leading corp and strategic finance at BlackLine, driving the p&l, spend discipline, and resourcing priorities to balance growth and profitability, while supporting our CFO and EMT in delivering on strategic imperatives.
