Summary

I am an FMCG Expert and Trusted Business Advisor for Business Owners, C-Level Executives, and Leaders seeking to deliver superior results. I question existing beliefs and serve as a sounding board for innovative ideas, drawing on my experience as a business leader, my education, and my network in the industry. I bring a comprehensive experience in FMCG, tackling the industry from different perspectives, having worked as an executive, advisor, and business owner. In all roles, I demonstrated my ability to deliver results by charting successful strategies, building and leading high-performing teams, and executing with discipline. I was part of The Coca-Cola Company for twenty years, including almost a decade as a general manager. In mid-2017, I assumed one of the most exciting challenges of my career when I took over Coca-Cola Iberia, one of the markets of worldwide reference for the Company, where I implemented a new organization, defined the business agenda, and delivered record results. Before Coca-Cola, I worked for five years as a consultant for BCG and PwC, exposing me to different business challenges in diverse industries and functional areas, rounding me as a business advisor. I started my career as an entrepreneur in the IT industry, developing software and implementing technology solutions in companies of different sizes. During my career, I also had the opportunity to form part of several boards of directors and advisory boards, providing Governance, Strategic Oversight, and guidance to the executive team of different organizations. I am a lifelong learner, having an Industrial Engineering degree from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires, an MBA from Stanford University, several post-graduate certifications, and most recently, a Computer Science graduate certificate also from Stanford. I’ve lived in Argentina, the USA, Mexico, Chile, Belgium, Spain and Costa Rica. I’ve always believed in teamwork, passion, perseverance, and innovation as engines of change and growth, leveraging different cultures and perspectives.
