Led very rapid growth in the Unity Ads business in years 2014 - 2016 to several hundred millions € in gross revenue with a team over 150 people across 7 offices. Led team building a highly innovative internal startup 2016 - 2018. CEO and founder of Applifier (acquired by Unity in March 2014). Led the company to create and grow Everyplay (mobile game replays, peaked >800k replays shared / month across 5000 integrated games), GameAds video ad network for mobile games and Applifier cross-promotion network for Facebook games reaching over 250 million MAU in under 10 months. Co-founder & ex-main organizer of ASSEMBLY Organizing, the arranger of the 5000+ participants four day computer festival held in Helsinki, Finland held since year 1992.
