PassMark (and Cyota) were acquired by RSA Security, forming the foundation for RSA Adaptive Authentication. At Intuit, Justin convinced financial institutions to support data connectivity, strengthened the tax business, positioned the company on the Internet, and helped start a division that Intuit sold for $100 million. As Eastern Europe opened up in the 90s, Justin privatized, recapitalized and modernized former state enterprises, gaining solid multinational operations experience. Interested in technology, sport, and digital media, Justin has produced amateur snowboarding and sailing videos and managed racing yachts in distance races and regattas.
