Why This Work Matters to Me I spent 15+ years in tech, sales, and startups—driving revenue, chasing growth, and building what looked like success. But in reality, I was scaling someone else's vision-and losing myself in the process. Then everything changed. My twins were born dangerously early. While they fought for survival in the NICU, I was laid off. Everything I thought was solid—gone in an instant. That moment became my turning point. I pivoted into real estate to reclaim control of my time-and finally build something that was mine. Coaching came next. It gave me purpose—and a mission. I became obsessed with helping others realign before life forces a reset. I trained under Tony Robbins. Completed ICF-accredited Co-Active coach and leadership training. Studied neuroscience, flow, identity, and execution psychology. And built the system I wish I had before everything fell apart.
