Summary
I've always understood the importance of spirit. As a corporate training and development professional, I helped groups and individuals identify their higher purpose and embrace mystery rather than looking for problems while always bringing out the best in themselves and each other. I taught appreciative inquiry, resilience, creativity, organization design, and transition planning. Ultimately, I found my own "capital-W" Work: as a chaplain, I listen, console, encourage, inquire, and even occasionally pray with patients as they examine or re-examine their lives. I am incredibly blessed: I get to do this.
