Able to mentor and direct young and old engineers, eager to transition to new tech such as Swift Reactive. Able to stay tuned with the latest and greatest techs out there. The Software Engineering is evolving ever faster with tools and languages that have the potential to revolutionize software development. I'm all for leveraging that, retooling, learning, letting go of old outdated techs and starting fresh is not a bad idea.
