Summary

State-level Corrections Officer with 17 years experience of dealing with inmates that go from near genius down to marginally mentally retarded; most with a potential for violence. 17 Years in close contact with inmates has helped me develop finely honed people skills. All proved by the fact that, in those 17 years, an inmate has never put a mark on me... and not for lack of opportunity or desire. I owe it all to developing a balance of lifetime/style experience, a little theater, learning to use psychological triggers, learning when to listen and knowing when to duck. The surprising thing I learned was that the working skills I developed over those years became valuable in my home business. The same things I use in prison, (listening, finding out a person's motivation, problem solving) have helped to increase my income and teach others how to do the same. Specialties: Teaching, training and motivating. Re-instituting the concept of teamwork as a key to financial security.
