Summary
I design strategic vacuums. Complex systems — especially in the public sector and digital infrastructure — are inherently resistant to change. Real transformation only becomes possible by creating a space so compelling and so well-structured that the system naturally evolves toward the new potential. A space where ideas emerge, perceptions shift, and investments succeed. I design those vacuums. I advise at the strategic level — where government vision meets investor discipline and technological potential — to define bankable strategies for large-scale digital infrastructure: national data centers, next-gen connectivity, broadband and cloud policy, and the platforms needed to scale AI. I’m not a systems integrator or enterprise architect. I help leaders and deal makers reframe investment strategies, align stakeholder interests, and shape opportunities that shape markets. I’ve worked with private equity, global tech vendors, and donor institutions to structure public-private partnerships and design funding programs that catalyzed billions in technology exports. With both public and private capital now urgently chasing digital infrastructure, the challenge isn’t demand — it’s design. Structuring investable deals that meet political, technical, and financial thresholds is where I work best. My track record spans nearly 60 countries — from cutting-edge deployments to fragile markets — navigating the grey zones between policy, capital, and execution. I bring a mix of strategic clarity, financial fluency, and institutional instinct. If you need to move a stuck system or shape a market that doesn’t yet exist — let’s talk. Available for discreet advisory, project framing, investment and policy design, and commercial negotiation support. Advisory roles welcomed where ambition outpaces convention.
