Summary
Kent Wakely is a lawyer with a strong interest in state accountability and corporate accountability. Formerly, he was managing partner of Fruition Interactive. He has been dedicated to helping businesses get found, get leads, grow sales and find true love since 1993. An accomplished marketer, focussed largely on inbound marketing strategies, he has worked with enterprise clients such as Scotiabank, Bacardi Canada, Johns Hopkins University, Rogers Broadcasting and the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship as well dozens of small and mid-sized businesses. He founded Fruition Interactive (then known as Xaccute Interactive) in November 2001. He is a Certified Internet Marketing and Business Strategist (CIMBS) and a certified Agile project leader (CSM Level/1). He was selected to be a judge for the Canadian New Media Awards from 2005-2010. He's been a member of the University of Waterloo, Stratford Campus' Advisory Board since 2014, an online marketing columnist for Technorati since 2011 and a contributor to Business2Community since 2014.
