Ken Woghiren

Summary

Having worked in IT for over 20 years I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in a number of industries. Among my practical experience I can include the design and architecture of mission-critical, high volume transactional systems through to the creation of cutting edge intelligent-agent based apps on mobile devices. In recent years I have worked with a number of large corporations helping them to align their technology strategies with the overall direction and aims of their organization. In keeping with my Myers-Brigg personality type - ENTP - I am both creative and resourceful. I pride myself on my ability to find ways of getting the job done by thinking outside of the box. At heart I am a technologist although one that is able to balance change and innovation with commercial reality. I have a particular interest in the impact the changing technology landscape has on end users and have helped a number of organisations to align their digital strategies with consumer technology trends. The combination of my broad experience of the IT industry and the ability to rapidly assimilate technical information means that I am able to quickly spot industry trends and then to assess the opportunity or threats these may present to an organisation in business terms.
