Summary

As Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, and President of Regenerative Industrial, I'm leveraging over four decades of executive leadership to transform how industrial materials are produced and used. My focus is on building a company that delivers exceptional financial returns while creating environmental impact through biocarbon innovation. My journey as an entrepreneur has included co-founding nine companies, most recently applying this experience to the emerging bioeconomy. Prior to Regenerative Industrial, I served as a Venture Partner at Ulu Ventures, where I evaluated thousands of startups and participated in funding approximately 50 early-stage companies, developing a keen eye for what makes businesses both viable and valuable. Throughout my career, I've focused on identifying structurally mispriced markets and capital-efficient business models. As Managing Director at Russell Investments and Chief Knowledge Officer at Onyx Software, I learned how to scale operations while maintaining tight control over costs and value creation. These lessons now inform our approach at Regenerative Industrial, where we're building a vertically integrated platform that transforms low-value forestry waste into high-margin carbon materials. My expertise in strategic decision-making—captured in works like the "Decision Owner's Manual"—guides our capital allocation and growth strategy. We're methodically developing a business that addresses both the urgent need for decarbonization and the market demand for domestically-produced, sustainable materials. I believe the bioeconomy represents one of the most significant investment opportunities of the next decade. With Regenerative Industrial, we're positioned at the intersection of proven technology, growing market demand, and structural advantages that create both environmental and financial returns for our partners and investors.
