I am an accomplished business operations executive and senior business/technology consulting professional with a strong portfolio of successes helping organizations achieve optimum business results. For the past twelve years I have successfully managed a number of groups within Enghouse Interactive, an ISV that delivers customer interaction solutions to the call center market. From delivering cloud based software solutions, to turning around our Hosted Services Group to profitability, to delivering over $5million in annual sales with our Client Development group, to directing our professional services team, I have consistently delivered positive financial results. For fifteen years prior to Enghouse, I was involved in business and information technology consulting, most recently with Integrated Information Systems in Tempe, where I played a major role in rapidly building their consulting operations to position them for an IPO in 2000. Before IIS, I spent ten years with premier business and systems consulting firms – Arthur Andersen BCG, CSC Consulting, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). I have focused my entire career on helping my organizations and clients succeed. I have worked with companies across many industries to achieve dramatic improvement in business performance by examining the relationships and interactions with their customers, suppliers, and employees.
