Summary
Since I was a boy, I have always loved food. Reaching High School, I began my adventures in the Back of House (BOH) as a dishwasher and bus boy at a French restaurant. Moving forward, I have come to appreciate the anecdotal interaction with guests, meeting and exceeding expectations, along with managing operations in the Front of House (FOH). I received an Associates of Science (AS) Degrees in AS in Restaurant Management- Spring '16 Restaurant, along with a host of professional certifications that accompany a career path in the NRA and ACF world. Most of my past experience has been in the Military and IT field, requiring the highest levels of attention to detail: Manager of Information Technology, Technical Support, Technical Sales and Technical Writing. I have translated a video game from French to English and tutored students in English as a Second Language when I lived abroad.
