I was previously head of WW BD, strategy & operations at AWS Game Tech, helping developers to create awesome games with purpose-built solutions. Prior to AWS, I was Chief Revenue Officer at Sandbox Kids, the leading global provider of digital gaming and edutainment services for families, created by the acquisition of Fingerprint Digital and its mobile platform powering fun learning apps for kids. I drove revenue growth by leading BD, content, partnerships, GTM strategy, P&Ls, forecasting, negotiations, analytics, and marketing. Before Fingerprint, I was the head of BD and licensing for LeapFrog, the market leader in educational gaming for families, and I consulted for the founders of digital startups. I was previously an agent in the WME Digital Group where I built new ventures for corporate and creative clients across multiple platforms. I developed the financing, marketing, and distribution strategies and structured strategic partnerships. Prior to WME, I was a brand director and general manager of strategic alliances at SelfCare.com, a health & wellness lifestyle destination. I began my career in the Executive Development Program at Merck & Co., where I gained experience in new product strategy, business analysis, market research, public policy, consumer marketing, brand management, sales, and public affairs. I trained senior management in external affairs and managed advertising agencies, public relations firms, market research companies, management consultants, and large project teams. I was also a member of the Policy Advisory Committee to the Merck Company Foundation, leading all women's health initiatives. I have an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA with a focus in Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Entertainment Management. I have a BA from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Media at The Annenberg School of Communication and Marketing at The Wharton School.
