Summary
I am interested in leadership/management positions where I can lead teams of engineers in building great solutions that help the business achieve or surpass its goals. I lead and mentor individuals to help teams create simple solutions to complex problems and help businesses take their software and systems to the next level. I have been working with in the web application space for almost all of my career. I enjoy working as a team leader who takes a large role in making teams successful. I have experience working primarily on the backend but also have built a few client side applications using Javascript as well as built scripts to deploy to different server environments. You might say I am a "full stack" developer. I have worked with many different technologies on the web including .Net MVC (C#), Spring (Java), Grails (Groovy), and recently Django & Flask (Python). I have deployed applications on Heroku, AWS, as well as setting up self hosting with automated deployment and monitoring. Specialties: Python/Django/Flask, AngularJS, .Net MVC, Typescript, Java, Grovvy/Grails, HTML/XHTML, Javascript, CSS, and SQL.
