Summary
Started on Wall Street, then decades as an entrepreneur. More than ten startups in various industries. Past advisor to VC and PE firms, and investment bankers. Notably, the person who initiated auto dealership rollups and IPOs by the investment industry in the early '90s. Most recently I've been focusing on creating AI Agents for specific use cases in targeted verticals, which include automotive, finance, HR and education. Our first specific-use AI agents include AI Wheels, which is being developed to target the procurement of high-demand used vehicles for dealerships' preowned inventory. Another, SafeYieldAI, is being developed to scrape US banks and S&Ls for CDs offering high yields. A third, PIQQ Elite provides Top 1% Tech Talent and is actually generating revenue already. :-) Previously (2005-2010), I was chairman/CEO charged with turning around failing for-profit Andrew Jackson University; sold it to a VC-backed entrepreneur in December 2010. In 2008 I spun off (from the university), and was founding CEO/Chairman of ProctorU which literally created a new industry (and was sold in 2021 for about $500M).
