Summary
Linda Holroyd is a seasoned executive coach, strategic consultant, and change management expert with nearly three decades of experience guiding technology leaders and organizations through complex transitions and sustained growth. As CEO of FountainBlue LLC, Linda specializes in aligning leadership, strategy, and execution to foster innovation and drive organizational effectiveness across global technology sectors. Linda is widely recognized as an industry thought leader at the intersection of innovation (the 'Fountain') and leadership (the 'Blue'). Linda founded FountainBlue in 2005, initially gaining recognition through innovation-themed monthly events that convened executives, entrepreneurs, and investors. In 2020, she successfully transitioned these events online in response to the pandemic and sunsetted the program in 2024 to prioritize customized workshops, immersive engagements, and high-impact consulting and coaching services. In recent years, Linda has deepened her expertise through continued learning in human resources (SHRM certification), management (employment law, mediation, negotiation, finance, cybersecurity, ESG and climate change), leadership development (executive coaching, leadership training), and strategic planning (board certification, strategy certification, and MBA-in-a-Box training). She integrates these skills into her executive coaching practice, team alignment and mediation services, as well as strategic advisory work with corporate boards and leadership teams. Her current and upcoming initiatives explore the convergence of human potential and AI integration, the future of work, and methods for measuring impact while nurturing soft skills. A serial entrepreneur, Linda co-founded Galatia Inc. in 1995, scaling the company to 18 employees and $4 million in revenue before a successful exit in 2001. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in sales, marketing, and business development at several early-stage technology startups and served as Director of Marketing and Business Development at a nonprofit focused on regional innovation. As a committed mentor and volunteer, Linda supports emerging entrepreneurs in San Diego and Silicon Valley, currently serving on the Fortune AIQ Advisory Board and mentoring entrepreneurial SDSU business students through the Student Symposium (S3) and Lavin Entrepreneurship Center. Her recent volunteer work included serving as a small claims mediator for Waymakers and as a first soprano, as well as a volunteer in communications, IT, and fundraising with the Pacific Coast Chorale.
