I am an accredited executive coach and specialist in individual and organizational development. I offer a pragmatic, results-oriented, high-challenge approach, complemented by a strong line management background and deep understanding of leadership. I use feedback, personality theory, management models, leadership literature and assessment instruments, selecting for each client situation the mix most likely to stimulate change. While encouraging reflection and self-awareness, I challenge clients to use these as levers for taking action, modifying behavior and increasing personal, group or organizational impact. My global viewpoint is informed by eight years of living abroad, and working with American, British and European executives.
