Lindsay joined Stanton Chase-LA (#10 in world) as Director - Los Angeles in January, 2018. Previously he was the founding partner of Leadership Group Executive Search (aka LGES) a leading senior level retained executive search firm. The firm is ranked #4 in Silicon Valley. Lindsay is a former Partner of Wilkinson & Ives (1992 - 1997), a senior level retained executive search firm. In 1990, Lindsay began his search career as a Principal at Korn/Ferry International. Over the past 33 years, he successfully completed a significant number of searches in all functional areas in industries such as consumer products/electronics/services, technology, media and telecom, entertainment, cannabis/hemp, clean tech and transportation/logistics/supply chain for pre-IPO ventures and public/private multinational corporations. He was Leader, Global Supply Chain Practice of SCI's Transportation and CPG specialty practice groups. In 1981, he co-founded Positive Video, Ltd., Northern California's first post production-only facility specializing in electronic editing of video/film, special effects, audio, and animation for video programs and TV spots for over 600 corporations, TV stations, ad agencies and independent production companies throughout the world. Lindsay joined Fromm and Sichel, Inc., a subsidiary of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons in NYC in 1973. Fromm and Sichel, based in SF, was the worldwide distributor of The Christian Brothers wines, brandy, and champagnes. In 1974, he was promoted to VP, HR, and in 1977 he was elected VP, Treasurer, becoming one of the youngest Officers in the firm's history. Lindsay's early career was with Associated Freight Lines/Bestway Freightways which was acquired by TNT in 1985 and then in 2016 by FedEx Express. Other employment included United Airlines, Greyhound Lines and Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF). Lindsay received a BSBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. Member, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Advisory Boards include the MBV (MBA for Vets) Program at USC’s Marshall School of Business. Veteran US Army Reserves.
