Summary
Fortune 500 and private company director and advisor, focused on great corporate governance. I have a deep interest in cybersecurity, and received an MS in Cybersecurity from NYU in 2024. The bulk of my operating career was at Salesforce and Visa. At Salesforce, I focused on GTM, Global Sales Strategy, growth, customer experience, operational excellence, digital transformation partnerships and scaling the company. I managed Business Technology (BT, aka IT, office of the CIO), GTM strategy, Corporate Strategy, Data Governance, Pipeline and Distribution Data Science, Channels & Alliances (Partners, ISV), Industries, Enablement, Office of Innovation, Deal Desk and Customer Experience (CX) for Salesforce as we grew from $3B to $20+B in revenue. At Visa I ran IP strategy and business development (Partners & Alliances), and corporate services (P2P, Real Estate, finance operations, etc.). I led efficiency and consolidation efforts prior to the IPO. Before Visa, I was an entrepreneur, co-founding a subscription and transaction-based fintech company (SaaS before SaaS was a thing!) which we grew and sold to Knight Capital. Prior to that I left strategy consulting at Bain & Co. to be CEO of a startup software company that we sold to IBM. My most recent operating role was President and COO of Diligent, a SaaS GRC company before transitioning to Executive Chair of Diligent Institute, where I led a global think tank focused on corporate governance.
