Summary
Motto: to create products that people like to use. I started my professional career as a software engineer in a startup 12snap with great colleagues. I founded a popular website www.abclinuxu.cz which had 250K visitors per month in 2005. This site made a big impact on the Czech Linux scene and I was nominated for Personality of Czech Internet in 2007. Later I worked as a UI developer at Systinet and as a line manager at HP. I made a career change and started working as a solution architect at GEM System. At ÚAMK call center, I designed an automated customer process that relieved supervisors and allowed casual employees to handle the request themselves (efficiency increased by 60%). Then I joined Wincor-Nixdorf (and its spin-off AEVI) and created a new product line of mPOS Bluetooth terminals and helped with several deployments (Česká spořitelna, Tatrabanka, Kooperativa, Rabobank, Secure Trading) in European countries (CZ, NL, UK, SK). Since then, I have been contributing to leadership roles with deep technical involvement.
