Summary

I co-founded Post*Shift and Shift*Base to help the world’s best companies become more agile and prepare their leadership teams to take advantage of exponential technologies. I previously co-founded Headshift (acquired by a US group in 2009) and online community agency TMG (sold to investors in the late 90s), following a spell in academia. I have led projects in social business, digital leadership and organisational change for global firms in many sectors, and I work with senior leaders and their teams to develop the new mindsets, competencies and skills they need to succeed in the digital age.
