As the founder of Working Daughter, I provide caregivers with the tools to manage their dual roles working and caring. I also consult with organizations to develop strategies that support working caregivers—the fastest-growing segment of workers today—and retain critical employees while driving company well-being and enhancing productivity. As the Chief Content Officer at Double Forte, I create communications programs that help inspiring leaders and innovative companies meet their business goals, grow their influence, and reach their target audiences. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance raising children, caring for aging parents, and having a career. I’ve written two award-winning books on the subject, and built a community for thousands of caregivers. Today I’m on a mission to help the millions of women and men in America who work and care for aging or ill family members maintain their careers (and their sanity).
