As a Silicon Valley veteran, I forged my leadership path in the crucible of the early PC revolution, leading PR, communications, and investor relations for groundbreaking tech startups and contributing to the introduction of technologies like vehicle navigation, voice-over-internet video games, and online photo sharing. This fast-paced environment demanded rapid growth, and I quickly ascended the ranks to become a VP before 40. I frequently worked for technologists who suddenly became company presidents and were charged with bringing their innovations to market. It was exhilarating and exhausting. Having climbed the leadership ladder in the high-pressure tech world, I faced the same challenges that leaders like you face today. That's why, after recognizing the power of executive coaching to grow leaders and align teams, I became certified in the profession and dedicated this career to guiding leaders on their journey to excellence as an Executive Leadership and Team Develoment Coach. In 2004 I founded Loretta Stagnitto Leadership Associates (LSLA) as a high-touch Executive Coaching practice, and in 2025 I transformed it into an digital coaching and training company. Today LSLA specializes in online development for executives, mid-level leaders, and high-performing teams, and provides workplace wellness training programs such as mental health first aid.
