Summary
I know what it feels like to be unfulfilled in a career, not knowing what path to take. Do I carry on working at the same job and industry, grind it out… or do I take a leap of faith and change… I’ve been there—not just once, but multiple times. To begin with, I trained in engineering and had a set plan for my career. However, as years passed by, I started feeling that something wasn’t right. So, I switched my focus to marketing. That leap opened new doors, but eventually, I found myself wanting something bigger, which resulted in me holding management and consulting positions. But with each change came confusion, doubts, and a range of questions: “Is this the right decision? Will I be able to pull it off?” But every pivot taught me the most important lesson of them all. The lesson was not limited to what I went through business wise but self wise. I’ve realised that the path of finding your true calling (or your next calling) is not only about just skills or qualifications, but the journey also involves going back to your core, your interests, values and, your purpose. From my career journey, I’ve learnt: Starting over is scary but the pleasure of doing what you love is the most rewarding feeling. And this, at the core, is what I built UrPivot for – to help people like you step into the unknown, which is the leap of faith that I took a while back. UrPivot is not just a platform, it’s a mentor and a system that supports you on a deeper, personal level. I designed it to help you deal with the uncertainty, overcome the self-doubt and step into a career that you can look forward to. I know how scary it can be to leave the familiar behind. But I also know the incredible rewards waiting on the other side. If you’re ready to explore new possibilities and discover work you’re passionate about, I’m here to help. Let’s rewrite your career story—together. Reach out or visit UrPivot to take your first step toward a fulfilling career transition.
