Summary
I am co-founder and lead technologist with 36Software, a software solutions provider that specializes in delivering content management and document automation solutions on the Microsoft platform. 36Software, based in Rochester, NY, helps organizations improve everything about their content process and maximizes their existing investment in Microsoft technologies. Before starting 36Software, I spent nearly 10 years working in corporate IT environments designing, developing, and implementing content management solutions. I have extensive experience working with structured (XML) and unstructured (non-XML) solutions, and have a deep understanding of the pros and cons associated with working in these environments. Specialties: I am a technologist at heart with an emerging appreciation for the excitement and challenges of entrepreneurship. My core competency is designing and implementing technology solutions to solve real-world business problems in a practical and cost-effective manner. However, as the entrepreneur in me continues to grow, I am focusing more than ever on what it takes to successfully grow a start-up from idea, to inception, to profitable organization.
