Summary

I’m a Senior Product & Design Leader who’s built and managed consumer product teams at Instacart, Venmo, Facebook, LinkedIn, PayPal, Yahoo!, Medallia, and eBay. At Instcart I lead the Consumer Product Design team. At Venmo I was the Head Design. At Facebook I led the Profile team in establishing a new mission & strategy and grew the team 3x. At LinkedIn I formed the Mobile design group, and our team created the suit of flagship apps and grew adoption from 3% to 43% of traffic. Later I was the group design manager for the CORE Products team (Profile, Search, and Growth). I believe great products start with a thesis, touch people emotionally, and are validated with data. I care about advancing the art of product design. Prior to LinkedIn, I was the Design Director for Yahoo! Search. I'm a founding Director of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) and an alumni of the HCI program at Carnegie Mellon.
