Summary

I have over 25 years’ experience building teams, running businesses and delivering transformation projects, with roles spanning operational, advisory and boards, across sectors, and in both corporate and not-for-profit organisations I’ve done an MBA, have a diploma in Occupational Psychology, am a qualified Project Manager, and have completed a course in Business Sustainability Management from CISL (Cambridge University). I’ve been involved in creating new services, setting up new businesses, exiting businesses and post-merger integration as well. This unique blend of experiences gives me an unparalleled ability to operate across sectors and geographies, and a perspective covering advisory services, governance, and implementation. At Deloitte, I led Sustainability and ESG for the Deloitte Legal team. I also managed the successful integration of the Kemp Little (KL) team following a transaction in early 2021. A personal highlight in the transaction was that not a single person was made redundant through the deal. Prior to Deloitte, I was a Equity Partner at, and the COO of KL, leading both Operations (covering Finance, IT, Operations, HR and Risk / Compliance) and the Transformation programme for the Firm – through which we launched multiple award winning businesses. As a natural collaborator, I work best with teams of people equally motivated to identify, design, and deliver on the objectives and vision of an organisation, emphasising making lasting change through innovations that involve people, process, and technology.
