Marcy Campbell is a seasoned general manager and revenue leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth, building high-performing teams, and scaling businesses across a range of industries—including fintech, data analytics, cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, and communications. She currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at AppFolio, the premier platform where real estate comes to do business. In this role, Marcy oversees all aspects of revenue, including sales, revenue operations, customer success, and professional services, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for AppFolio’s customers and stakeholders. Previously, Marcy held senior executive roles at Boomi and PayPal, where she led a global team and managed two of the company’s flagship business units. Her leadership spanned global merchant sales operations, technical enablement, support and go-to-market execution for solutions. Marcy also brings a strong track record of success with high-growth startups, having held leadership roles at Braintree and Qubole. She started her career at IBM, establishing a solid foundation in enterprise software and customer-centric innovation. Marcy served on the Board of Directors for Code Climate, the leader in engineering intelligence software, Zix Corporation, a public company acquired by OpenText, and NextRoll, the leading marketing automation software company in Silicon Valley. She also served as a Board Regent at the University of Hartford. She is deeply committed to mentoring future leaders, championing innovation, and elevating the customer experience.
