Summary
I help executives and institutions respond intelligently to macro risk—climate volatility, AI acceleration, geopolitical fracture, and institutional erosion. Not as distant threats, but as present conditions. I’m a Stanford-trained expert in behavior design and systems innovation. I co-founded the Peace Innovation Lab at Stanford, where we reframed peace as a measurable behavior and designed frameworks for pro-social action in high-risk, high-complexity environments. Today, I apply that same methodology to help leaders navigate systemic disruption. My approach starts with what’s working—because building on strengths generates agency, unlocks hidden assets, and creates positive feedback loops for change. I facilitate teams in developing common operating pictures, opportunity maps, and strategic responses that are grounded in reality and capable of scale. I’ve advised Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Santander, Innogy, SOCCOM, and national-level institutions. I work across sectors where the future is uncertain and the cost of inaction is rising. If you're leading through instability and need frameworks—not platitudes—to move forward with clarity, coherence, and courage, we should talk.
