Summary
In my last 16 years I have refined and applied a custom framework I call Targeted Common Column Arbitration (TCCA) to resolve corporate data, reporting and regulatory crises, delivering hundreds of million dollars in saved revenue, facilitating corporate acquisitions, suppling regulatory compliance and protecting corporate brands by overcoming time sensitive threats resulting from limited data strategies, lacking data integrations, inconsistent data governance and flawed system implementations. The framework combines MDM’s column-arbitration (data integration) with metadata-ELT (data acquisition), Medallion Architecture's layered structure (data quality), prototype delivery (incremental deployment) and SQL (single source implementation) into a stand-alone tool optimized for data rehabilitation, reverse engineering, forensic reconstruction, platform integration and source system (SoR) creation. With its centralized data and logic architecture, TCCA streamlines governance, simplifies support, and enables the tracking of all data, source, transformation and logic changes required to meet regulatory, litigation and internal auditing demands while providing GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) compliance. Combined with a business owner’s perspective, this framework has consistently delivered rapid-turnaround, high-impact outcomes, achieving economy, performance, immediate relief, risk mitigation, and, always, a high ROI.
