Summary

I believe the biggest challenge in today’s workplace is not necessarily business processes or technical problems, but in the relationships between people. In a global marketplace with virtual workgroups, social networking, and an ever-increasing pace of change, our ability to work together effectively is more important than ever before. With more than 30 years’ experience as an employee and external consultant in large and small companies as well as non-profit organizations, I am well versed in the interpersonal challenges facing organizations from both practical workplace experience and research-based education. My focus is workplace communication, organization development, change management and leadership coaching to help individuals and groups work together more effectively and increase productivity. Craemer Consulting provides a customized and collaborative approach for improving clarity and commitment in you and your organization. This may include improving communication between people, clarifying roles and responsibilities, fostering greater trust, facilitating group meetings, effectively managing conflict, coaching a leader, or implementing a successful change initiative throughout the organization.
