Summary
My professional experiences have made me a jack of many trades over the years. I have held executive and managerial positions in legal, marketing, sales, operations and engineering. I have worked in start ups and Fortune 500s. I have worked in most European and Asian countries and have had job postings to the Middle East and Africa . In contrast to many law practitioners, I carry a broad skill set in technology, information forensics and general business counseling. My advisory services include: corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, privacy, data security, patents, copyrights, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, intellectual property litigation, open source and other contractual IP issues. In my current role, I spend a great deal of my time reviewing, classifying and advising clients on business, financial, and legal options for their company assets and intellectual property. These options include monetization options, (licensing, sale, acquisition and portfolio gap analysis) as well as strategic planning, M&A, and other operations related to intellectual property assets and the curation of those patent assets. Specialties: Big data and corporate advice. Broad experience across operations, marketing, sales, law and technology. Strengths are selling strategies, complex negotiations, organization building, and converting plans to operations. Privacy and Data Security: I've served as Firm Compliance Officer and DPO. I have worked in both audit and mitigation projects over the last decade.
