Summary
My time at Databook has come to an end. This was a short but memorable experience. I’ve worked with many wonderful people and together we accomplished some good work in performance management, community and operational efficiencies. In this depressed economy, we did have the misfortune of being impacted, which negatively affected our workforce. It’s never easy to go through a downturn during economic unrest but we did their best to address the restructuring efforts. Now what’s next for me…. well I’m open to new opportunities, especially consulting for early stage companies. This is my sweet spot and I love the challenge of putting all the pieces together to help define and build culture, develop People Operations, and deliver on strategic initiatives.
