Extensive management consulting and corporate experience in strategy, business development, valuation, general management, technology and telecom on an international scale. Mr. Castanon is currently the co-founder of Mobiliz, a company that provides mobile payment and marketing services to developed and emerging markets. Before that, he served as Managing Director for The AMROP HEVER Group executive search offices in Miami. He focused in top level searches for Latin America and the US in the IT,Telecom and Professional Services sectors. Mr. Castanon was previously a Director of Operations for Telefonica and before that he worked for McKinsey & Company for 6 years. He was also the VP of Operations and Strategy for a VC Firm that invested in Telecom and High Tech start-ups in Emerging Markets,and was Senior Marketing Manager in NEXTEL Mexico. He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
