Raisons d'Être --------------------- I am a committed champion of fair access to socioeconomic opportunity, particularly for early childhood education, extreme poverty, and workforce challenges. Having worked 30+ years at investment banking, venture capital, enterprise, start-up, and edtech companies, I next turned to learning about learning. In 2016, I joined a charter school as their first Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The following year, community college to pursue a new discipline was the path. I now have 15 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits towards an Associate Preschool Teacher Certification as well as two (2) years of classroom teaching experience. Concurrently, I maintain a consulting practice and serve on boards. In Corporate and Government sectors, I have been with large enterprises such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, and Xerox Venture Lab @PARC as well as with edtech start-ups. I am known for Vision, Strategy, Executive Communications, Product Management, Partner Enablement, Workflow Optimization, Reporting Metrics, & EdTech accomplishments. Typically displaying a keen ability to guide leaders and cross-functional teams, I have manifested innovations. Teams become better versions of themselves while never sacrificing core values. Efficiencies and cost savings are collaboratively achieved. My career began as a banking analyst at the World’s 2nd Largest Investment Bank: E. F. Hutton.
