I’m known for guiding teams through ambiguity and inflection points—rallying cross-functional partners, navigating complex integrations, and aligning execution to long-term product strategy. At Panasonic, I led engineering for Yohana, a zero-to-one consumer platform that launched nationally in the US and Japan. I later expanded my scope to lead platform engineering for Panasonic Well, guiding AI and infrastructure strategy across wellness initiatives. Prior to that I was at Google, I built engineering teams that developed subscription and B2B commerce capabilities post merger with Nest, led the successful migration of 14+ million of users with zero disruption, and championed initiatives that improved customer experience and operational resilience. Earlier in my career, I co-founded a startup focused on IoT and logistics, building enterprise-scale platforms adopted by major partners across transportation and automotive. That experience shaped my approach to platform architecture, team building, and iterative innovation—an approach I’ve carried through every chapter since. I’m passionate about using technology to scale human potential, reduce friction in people’s lives, and drive long-term, sustainable impact. I’m especially drawn to teams building AI infrastructure, scalable platforms, and products with heart.
