Summary
In my consulting practice, I help growth companies with business, product, and technology strategy, and evaluate companies for investors and acquirers. I work closely with a small team of very senior Principal Engineers, who advise clients, and architect/deliver high-quality software (cloud, data engineering, and ML solutions) on aggressive timelines. My most recent clients have been the Chief Digital Officer of Toyota (2.5 years), and the CEO of Indeed (2 years). I also help manage the VC fund at Austin's Capital Factory, the center of gravity for entrepreneurs in Texas. One of my main focus areas over the past few years has been AI, data, and machine learning. I love Austin, people, ideas, and technology, and I'm passionate about connecting innovators and fast-growing markets to help build great companies.
