Matt is a leader in new technologies, Security, Services, Standards development and all forms of networks from a fundamental level, as well as a General Manager. Working globally in Telecom and Internet since 1985 in business development, sales engineering, product management, marketing, standards development, and research. Matt's previous roles include EVP, GM, CTO, Director of Business Development, Director of Worldwide Sales and Sales Engineering, Director of Technology and more. Matt has written several IETF RFC's and led ITU and ETSI groups, affecting standards from VoIP, to IP core signaling and SDN. He is multicultural and speak bits of over 20 languages winning business and building networks and systems in over 90 countries. Matt is a well recognized technology speaker, presenting at hundreds of major events. Matt also has experience working in patent litigation and telecom law as an expert witness in multiple international jurisdictions.
