Summary

The core competence that I have built during my international career in the Electronic Industry, is managing innovation in the field of “Convergence”: Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology coming together to create a new market place, disrupting the traditional value chains and putting the content, rather then the products at the center of the business focus. I am keen to address new issues and develop solutions outside the box, I enjoy relationships with people and I usually create constructive team atmospheres, and I like to understand and communicate the role that new technology play in the evolving business. Moreover, in my career I have built a wide international experience. As a senior manager I have played both as line manager and as "strategic consultant", in fast and challenging environments, where hands-on management is considered a value, people talent is the asset, and early understanding of the next winning business model is the key to success. Under these terms I look for new challenges.
