Summary
With over 28 years of work experience, I am passionate about connecting talent with opportunity at massive scale to change the world. As the Vice President of Social Impact at LinkedIn, I lead the company's efforts to leverage its platform and resources to create positive social and economic outcomes for its members and the nonprofit community, globally. I believe that LinkedIn can play a vital role in empowering people to achieve their full potential, regardless of their background, identity, or location. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various sectors, such as technology, development, and public policy, and having lived and traveled in different regions of the world. In my current role, I help identify and implement ways that LinkedIn can use its data, insights, products, and partnerships to support social causes and organizations, such as workforce development, education, philanthropy, and civic engagement. I use my marketing, nonprofit, and analytical skills to communicate, collaborate, and measure the impact of these initiatives, both internally and externally. I also serve as a board member for several nonprofit organizations, such as KQED and VolunteerMatch that share LinkedIn's vision of creating a more connected and equitable world.
