Summary
I teach at Columbia Business School and my research focuses on cultural psychology. This field explores how cultural frameworks shape our psychological dynamics and, in turn, how our psychological dynamics shape cultures. I have also studied gender, judgment and decision making, conflict resolution, communication styles, and social networks. My research has been published in the top journals of psychology, behavioral science, and managment and covered by CNN, Forbes, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and many other media outlets around the world. My new book, TRIBAL, is coming on October 1st, 2024. It describes how we are guided by the tribes in our lives and how we can harness and direct these cultural forces.
