Summary

I collaborate with Google Cloud experts to build the solutions the Telecom, Media, Entertainment , and Gaming businesses need with the Google Cloud Consulting portfolio. This portfolio provides a unified services experience, bringing together offerings across multiple specializations into one place. I have extensive experience at Accenture and Cognizant working with some of the best companies in the TMEG. I was fortunate to lead and support programs that truly changed the industry and the way people work, communicate, and play. Transformation is often the theme and the results were solid and measurable. I also have the experience of running global, large scale operations in both customer-facing process areas and IT. The combination of transforming and running operations enables me to drive large scale improvement programs and manage the actual organizations that would deliver the experience to the end customers. My experiences are deep with a focus on measurable results. I get energized around growth, speed, and creating engaging experiences for the end customer. Delivering cost savings is always critical, but, must be coupled with enhanced value to the customer and the organization overall. I ran large, global operations across four countries in the Enterprise/B2B space enabling growth, improved NPS scores, while dramatically reducing cost. I led large scale change programs that drove over $1B in EBITDA gains while improving core NPS metrics. I ran major mergers that drove over $6B in synergies. I led digital transformations enabling a new way to interact with customers – both consumer and business. I helped launch new companies and create new entrants into the wireless market. I worked on iconic product/device launches that changed the industry. I believe that how work gets done is important. I have a collaborative work style with senior executives about items that matter. I am a change driver that knows how to lead around silos and drive cross-functional effectiveness to make things happen.
