Summary
I place senior executives and independent board directors into companies in the private technology space. I've worked with leading PE and venture-backed tech companies in Silicon Valley, New York, London and Munich for over two decades. Moreover Partners approaches assignments on a custom basis, working on a small number of searches with specific clients and investors so that each search gets the attention it needs. I spend time at clients' sites, joining interviews where the client CEO interviews my candidates. In this position, I can get a visceral and technical perspective on how clients respond to candidates. Ideally, this knowledge helps me present more-relevant talent.
