Summary

I am an experienced product leader who solves client pain points with software products to achieve strategic goals. I lead team of Product Managers and develop members' strengths so they can be more effective and have greater impact. Most recently, I have been practicing product management as a Director at Charles Schwab. My team was responsible for most of the heaviest trafficked areas on Schwab.com and the Schwab mobile app. We also build and launched Schwab Stock Slices (fractional trading capability) and Schwab Starter Kit. Before that I was a product manager in our Active Trader team working on the StreetSmart Edge trading platform as well as web and mobile trading experiences. Previously, I was a Product Manager at Borland working with the Together team on bringing out new solutions in the modeling space and the CaliberRM team delivering better requirements management software . I'm also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who, while at Borland, helped companies improve their development processes and build their competency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including IT M&G (Management and Governance), be able to demonstrate SOX and other compliance, Program and Project Management (PPM), Requirements Definition and Management and Configuration Management. I am interested in helping teams increase their performance through adopting Scrum and eXtreme Programming (XP) and organization's deliver more customer value adopting Lean principles across their organization's value chain. Most recently, I worked with a team to deliver business intelligence (BI) and analytics across customer's application lifecycle by using ETL processes to populate a data warehouse with information from across their application lifecycle and to define measures that show alignment with their business goals.
