Summary

I have spent the last twenty-five years working in government and the private sector to accelerate the development, deployment, and application of Internet technologies. A large part of my job has always been explaining Internet technology and applications in clear, concise, non-technical terms to decision-makers in government and the corporate sector and to the press and the general public.
