Summary
As the co-founder and former CEO of BroadSoft, I led the company to become the global market leader in Cloud Communications. Under my leadership, the organization grew to nearly 2,000 employees and served customers in over 80 countries. By prioritizing the needs of service provider partners and their end customers, BroadSoft became the go-to cloud provider for the largest and most successful service providers worldwide, ultimately leading to the company's acquisition by Cisco in 2018. After spending two years at Cisco helping integrate the business into the broader Webex portfolio, I decided to start a new chapter in my career. Along with some great friends, we started True North Advisory, looking to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses in the customer experience domain. I really enjoy learning about these new businesses and helping these teams be successful. My focus is on strategy, company positioning, and CEO mentoring. It has been very rewarding to give back. I'm also passionate about exploring new technologies, such as edge computing, conversational AI, and NFTs. I have joined a couple of boards in the area of Infrastructure as a Service, as I believe this is an exciting opportunity to bring complex solutions to the market with great unit economics.
