By prototyping a retail experience for Transitions Optical, we paved the way for an extra $500 million a year in new revenue, sparking a $1.75 billion acquisition. Another client, iPay Technologies, wanted to attract top talent and improve its customer experience without losing its small-town feel. We mapped the employee journey, refreshed the brand’s look and feel, and aligned the leadership team around a new “Reason for Being.” Revenues climbed from $13 million to $58 million in a few years, culminating in a $300 million exit.
