Summary
Global problems require coordinated solutions. I support innovators globally who are passionate about bringing substantial change and improvement to our world. As a woman in technology, I have been involved with projects that have shaped our global communications infrastructure. As an avid skier, diver, climber, and ocean swimmer, it's crucial that we take care of the planet and empower people living in third-world countries and climate-sensitive areas of the planet. We are a global community and our survival depends on making good choices and solving difficult problems. I have sector expertise in Climate Tech, Social Impact, AI, Blockchain/Crypto, Media/Entertainment, and Fintech, among other things. I've had four exits with companies I helped start and/or scale, founded and ran an investment bank (FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63). I assist companies with global GTM, Growth, Monetization, Commercialization, Transactions, Partnerships, Fundraising, and M&A. I build teams, provide leadership, develop and implement strategies, launch companies, and assist with geographic expansion. Utilizing innovation, digital transformation, partnership development, and funding, I help companies maximize corporate value and revenue. I have launched and built platforms issuing global digital issuances including KYC/AML, privacy, localization, accreditation, tokenized issuances, digital securities, financial policies, and related banking and technology.
